Data Transfers Outside the EEA

Due to the use of a registration form provided by Jotform Inc., your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area — to the United States of America.

Such transfers are based on mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of data protection as provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR — in particular, on the basis of an adequacy decision by the European Commission (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where the adequacy decision does not apply.

Detailed information on safeguards is available in the provider's privacy policy: jotform.com/privacy. A copy of the safeguards applied can be obtained by contacting the controller.
