These terms set out the rules for registration and participation in ARMA Forum 2026, taking place on 20–21 October 2026 in Wejherowo, Poland.
1. The organiser of ARMA Forum 2026 (the "Event") is KPH Group sp. z o.o., registered in Gdańsk, Trzy Lipy 3, 80-172 Gdańsk, Poland, NIP: 8393250837, REGON: 529995387, KRS: 0001134578 (the "Organiser").
2. The Event takes place on 20–21 October 2026 at the District School Complex No. 4 (Jakub Wejher) in Wejherowo (the "Venue").
3. A participant of the Event (the "Participant") is any person who has registered and been admitted by the Organiser.

1. Participation in the Event requires registration via the form available at armaforum.pl/en/registration and receipt of a confirmation from the Organiser at the e-mail address provided.
2. Participants must provide true and complete data in the form. The scope of required data — including the PESEL number for Venue access control — is set out in the registration form and the GDPR privacy notice.
3. The number of places is limited. The Organiser reserves the right to verify submissions and refuse admission — in particular for security or Venue capacity reasons — of which the applicant will be informed by e-mail.
4. Participation in the Event is free of charge, unless the offer for a given form of participation (e.g. exhibition space, partnership packages) states otherwise.
1. Only persons on the participant list are admitted to the Venue, upon presentation of a photo ID.
2. Participants must submit to access control carried out by the Venue host's services and follow the instructions of the staff and security services.
3. It is forbidden to bring weapons, dangerous materials, intoxicants or items prohibited by law into the Event area. Security services may refuse entry to persons under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a manner endangering safety.
1. Participants must comply with these Terms, the rules applicable at the Venue and health, safety and fire regulations.
2. During live demonstrations, Participants must remain in the designated audience zones and follow the announcements of the demonstration staff.
3. Participants are liable for damage they cause at the Venue under general rules of law.
1. The Event may be recorded photographically and audiovisually by the Organiser, media partners and accredited media.
2. By entering the Event area, Participants acknowledge that their image may be recorded as part of the Event as a whole (coverage, documentation and promotional materials of the Event) in accordance with Art. 81(2)(2) of the Polish Copyright Act. The legal basis for processing is the Organiser's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
1. The rules of participation for exhibitors, partners and sponsors — including exhibition space booking conditions, scope of services and settlements — are set out in separate agreements and the offer for exhibitors and partners.
2. In matters not covered by such agreements, these Terms apply accordingly to exhibitors and partners.
1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event programme, including changes of speakers, panel schedules and cancellation of demonstrations for weather, technical or safety reasons. Changes are announced at armaforum.pl.
2. The Organiser is not liable for items left or lost at the Venue, unless the damage arose through the Organiser's fault.
3. If the Event is cancelled for reasons beyond the Organiser's control (force majeure, decisions of authorities, safety considerations), the Organiser will inform registered Participants without delay by e-mail.
1. Complaints related to the organisation of the Event may be submitted to kontakt@armaforum.pl within 14 days of the end of the Event.
2. The Organiser will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt and communicate the outcome by e-mail.
The rules for processing Participants' personal data — including the information that data is stored exclusively on servers located within the European Economic Area — are set out in the Privacy Policy (GDPR notice).
1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available at armaforum.pl/en/terms; material changes are communicated to registered Participants by e-mail.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
3. These Terms enter into force on the date of publication.
